ABSTRACT
A mother brings her 9-month-old in for evaluation of blood in the diaper. She reports his stool this morning was completely red. He's otherwise been acting well with no fever, vomiting, or apparent abdominal pain. Physical examination is normal, including a benign abdomen and no anal fissures. The diaper is shown next.
