ABSTRACT
An 18-year-old female with no past medical history presents with one day of mid- to lower-chest and left shoulder pain. She reports feeling mild pain early in the morning with worsening discomfort and associated left shoulder pain while taking an exam in school. There is some mild associated pain on inspiration without any other associated symptoms. She denies fever, cough, or trauma.
