ABSTRACT

The process of determining frequent itemsets by exploiting the association rules is the most important tasks in data mining. A variety of efficient techniques were portrayed in the conventional works for mining such frequent item sets. A significant review of these approaches highlighted on modeling a proficient multiple levels ARM algorithm and data structure, which is capable to minimize the count of iterations that may further accomplish better time efficiency. Accordingly, this survey intends to review several topics to resolve the ARM issues. The performance measures and the maximum performance achievements are also examined and demonstrated in this survey. In addition, the algorithmic classification for the surveyed papers are surveyed and described. Finally, the research gaps and issues of the ARM issues are also discussed briefly.
