ABSTRACT
Lower limb deformities are commonly encountered in clinical practice. Evaluation must proceed in a systematic yet comprehensive manner; this is necessary not only for an accurate diagnosis but also for planning treatment. This chapter outlines the key aspects of the examination of a child with a lower limb deformity.
