ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need to work out the issues of strategic management of coal mining companies, provides an improved economic and mathematical tool for constructing a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of management of the coal-mining enterprise. The development of methods for aggregating indicators in assessing the effectiveness of enterprise management is provided in the paper. The proposed method of aggregation allows to identify the most effective strategy for the development of the coal mining enterprise. To assess the effectiveness of alternative strategies for the development of coal mining enterprises of the Rostov region a set of indicators built at the stage of modeling of system dynamics was considered. Using the method of aggregation of indicators, a priority strategic alternative to the development of these enterprises was chosen.
