ABSTRACT
In this work we propose an algorithm for the assessment of the relevance and significance to potential commercial attractiveness of the student’s Master thesis. The proposed algorithm is based on modernized foresight technologies and applies principles of fuzzy logic. The developed algorithm is the first step to create a system for evaluation of potentially attractive research topics for knowledge transfer at the university and state level.
