ABSTRACT
Natural systems are complex and multifunctional, providing differential services to different sections of the populations. While financial capital is crucial to the continued management of plant and animal genetic resources, social capital involving multiple stakeholders to manage natural capital at the landscape level is essential for sustainable natural resource management.
