ABSTRACT

We present a simple method for large scale and high resolution computer generated synthetic hologram calculation. The frequencies of projected images of 3D object are known and mosaic in frequency domain to form the frequency of whole synthetic hologram without zero and conjugate order information. The synthetic hologram is the off-set value added to the real part of a two dimensional inverse Fourier transformation of sliced frequency. The results are evidences by one full-parallax synthetic hologram and synthetic color rainbow hologram at the resolution of 94340 × 94340 and size of 30 mm × 30 mm.
