ABSTRACT
Power quality deals with a wide range of voltage disturbances, which may be permanent in time (continuous phenomena) or of short duration (events) (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization 2010). Events are unexpected disturbances that happen randomly overtime with reference to any specific location, and randomly in location with reference to any given instant of time.
