ABSTRACT
Compound semiconductors are helpful in tuning various properties as per the design requirements. Various process related issues and advances in transistors using III-V compound semiconductor are discussed. Molecular beam epitaxy, chemical vapor deposition, andmetal-organic CVD are useful processes to grow compound semiconductors. Indivdual process and a comparison between MBE, CVD nad MOCVD are discussed.
