ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we present an overview of the different types of measures used in the prevention and management of bullying, many of which will be discussed in more detail in the following chapters of this volume. Measures at the societal level, the organizational and the workplace level as well as the individual level will be shortly described with regard to primary, secondary and tertiary prevention and the treatment of bullying. Moreover, key principles of planning, implementation and evaluation of interventions for the prevention and management of bullying are outlined and examined.
