ABSTRACT
The brain is a vital organ. To manage the problem of the brain is usually difficult. The diagnosis and treatment of brain become the two important complex processes in the management of brain diseases. In clinical neurology, there are several tools for therapy. The neurological drug is the basic chemicals use aiming at therapeutic effect. To achieve new drug with increased efficacy, the new biotechnology technique application is interesting. Advanced biotechnology technique can be used in this case and the novel carriers for drug delivery for targeting the brain is the new technique that should be focused. The application of novel carrier for drug delivery for management of brain disorder is a new approach in clinical neurology. In this specific chapter, the authors summarize and discuss on the new carrier for drug delivery for management of brain diseases. In brief, there are many reports on using new carriers for drug delivery to target brain in several brain diseases. In this specific chapter, the authors specifically focus interest on the tropical emerging and re-emerging infections. At present, there are many new ongoing researches on new drug findings against tropical neurological emerging and reemerging infectious disease using novel carriers for 486drug delivery. The results from published reports are usually successful; however, the exact use of the novel carriers for drug delivery is still in the very early phase in clinical neurology at present. It is no doubt that the new drug carrier technique can be useful in tropical neurology for managing of emerging and reemerging neurological infections. Nevertheless, there are many concerns about the cost-effectiveness, safety and adverse effects of the new techniques.
