ABSTRACT
In a developing consumer society, the degree of environmental pollution caused by high waste generation and pressure for excessive use of natural resources increases. Along with the large volume of waste, there is another problem that is the way the waste is handled. A complete system for waste reduction, collection, composting, recycling, and disposal is required to tackle the growing challenge of Municipal Solid Waste Management (Asefi & Lim 2017).
