ABSTRACT
In information theory, entropy represents a measure of average uncertainty. Zadeh first introduced the concept of operator to the fuzzy event in 1986. After the research of DeLuca, Zadeh developed fuzzy operator definition and constructed a class of fuzzy entropy (Dalal et al. 2005). Fuzzy operator is a very important information degree to refer to the fuzzy degree of FS, then has been widely applied to pattern recognition, image segmentation and clustering analysis. IF set contains intuitionistic information, so the fuzzy degree of IF set needs to consider two aspects (Haubl et al. 2002): uncertainty degree and unknown degree, in which the unknown degree is expressed by hesitation degree.
