ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of electronic technology the connection between electronics, communications and the Internet is getting closer. Video is widely used in industrial control, medicine, national defence and other fields because of its incomparable superiority, as it provides richer and more colourful information than language and characters. Among them, video is most widely applied in clinical medicine.
