ABSTRACT
Since the establishment of an infant formula milk powder traceability system in China is still at an initial stage, the above researches on granularity model can be references for the system design and performance evaluation of a Chinese infant formula milk powder traceability system.Therefore, based on the researches at home and abroad, this thesis introduces the concept of traceability granularity into the design and application of an infant formula milk powder traceability system. Combined with the production practice of Heilongjiang LD Dairy, the thesis studies the measurement and selection of traceability granularity from the perspective of dairy enterprises.
