ABSTRACT
The Farmi theory of the β disintegration is not yet in a final stage; not only detail problems are to be solved, but also the fundamental assumption — the neutrine hypothesis – has not yet been definitely Proven. I will recall briefly the main experimental facts which have lead Pauli to propose the neutrine hypothesis.
