ABSTRACT
Easements that are bound to a part of the plot are being displayed in a separate layer of vector cadastral map since 2009. Their number is gradually rising and demonstrating that the current display system is inadequate.
New guidelines for displaying of easements in vector cadastral map are a result of practical experience and analysis of current issues e.g. overlapping line objects and area objects, lack of transparency, lacking interconnection to file of descriptive information. Our solution addresses list of map symbols, list of colors, predefined object attributes, display system for servient tenement. Specifically, our solution addresses methods and means of cartographic expression of easements for institutions and individuals with interactive access rights to vector maps and those with access rights through web portal.
