ABSTRACT

At present, some researchers have expressed their concern about the study of human-computer interactions on the basis of cognitive psychology (Nardi 1997). Scientists, with an alternative approach, explain the fact that some traditional methods, which derived from cognitive psychology, do not provide sufficiently effective practical solutions. The impact of current theoretical studies on human-computer practice is limited. As a result, some of the design recommendations are fragmented and may lack precision and coherence. Therefore, in the study of human-computer interactions there is no comprehensive and generally accepted approach of study (Nardi 1997).
