ABSTRACT

The Auditory Ergonomics (AE) is the science of human works relating to the human hearing senses, and the derivative meanings of the AE include some physical and practical meanings on the scientific basics such as psychological practices, biological and medical treatment, human factors in engineering, and so forth. Although the subject has deeper meanings and covers a wider range of areas as described, the description is focused on the field of the foundations of human factors, such as evaluations of Voice Recognition performances and Human Hearing (and speaking) capabilities on the theory of the disparity method, and an example of similar word analysis in verbal communications in daily lives is introduced for the reference. The principle of “majority form the minority” and the dictation method in which an analogy of evaluation and examination method between a machine and human have been found are also demonstrated.
