Plan to Rehearse the Crisis — Before the Crisis Tests the Organization

The rehearsals must be with the people who are charged with the implementation of the plans at the time of a crisis. Independent persons with practical experience in dealing with real-life crisis situations, management, and integration of external agencies and regulatory authorities must be used to conduct these rehearsals.
