ABSTRACT

In this paper, the foam core carbon fibre V-shaped stiffened plate frame is taken as the research object. The smooth particle fluid dynamics (SPH) method is used to simulate the water hammer slamming process of the carbon fibre slab through the open source software DualSPHysics. The effects of different velocity on the surface pressure of the structure are studied. At the same time, the carbon fibre V-shaped plate frame free fall experiment is designed to measure the slamming pressure of the structure during the slamming process. In order to ensure the integrity of the structure and avoid opening the structure when installing sensors. The piezoresistive film sensor is used in this test. Finally, the test data is compared with the simulation results to verify the reliability of the simulation.
