ABSTRACT

PT. Wika Beton PPB Karawang employee performance declined in 2017, as seen in its employee performance evaluation report. The number of employees exceeding performance expectations fell by 12.5%, and the number of employees performing below expectations grew by 1.4%. The goal of this research was to determine motivational, competence, and performance levels, as well as to study the effects of motivation and competence on employee performance. This research was done using the quantitative method. The data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling (SEM) model covariance-based metric (CB-SEM) with AMOS 24. The research results using SEM analysis on the measurement model showed that all indicators had a regression weight of above 70%. Through the structural model based on the connections between its constructs, we can conclude that significant and positive inter-variable connections exist between the three aspect of the variables.
