ABSTRACT
To date, issues related to the complex use of mineral resources (CUMR) are becoming increasingly important especially for Arctic zone. This article deals with economic evaluation of the possibility for implementation of CUMR projects on Arctic territories. The study presents features of projects of complex use of mineral raw materials and effects of its implementation. Criteria for assessing prospects of these projects are formed. Potential mechanisms for support of the CUMR projects implementation are discussed. Much attention is given to analysis and practical implementation of support mechanisms. The study makes a number of recommendations aimed at promotion of implementation of the complex use of mineral raw materials projects.
