ABSTRACT

Traditionally, architectural data predate their building structure as design documents. Building information modeling enables cradle-to-cradle supervision of buildings and their components. Ubiquitously computed data may become synonymous with the structures they reference. Could artificial intelligence as low-tech tangible Life Information Modeling regulate our metabolism in a patronizing and liberating manner? Three kinds of common-sense data start to coexist: a.) Big Data = the more the better, simply because it is feasible. b.) Emphatic need-to-know data for environmental protection. c). Rather disorderly zones free of data acquisition, active datalessness for privacy as training ground for common sense.
