ABSTRACT
Corneal diseases in children can have potentially severe adverse effects on vision and require vigilant attention. In the paediatric age group, failure to accurately report symptoms and difficulties posed in ocular examination can delay diagnosis and management. Associated ocular comorbidities and systemic anomalies further compound the problem. A comprehensive, detailed examination aided with appropriate investigations can help in improved diagnosis and outcomes in these challenging situations.
