ABSTRACT
Craniopharyngiomas and Rathke cleft cysts are nonfunctioning sellar masses which may be diagnosed prior to or during pregnancy. Both may present with compressive symptoms including headache or visual disturbances in addition to pituitary hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves symptom management, hormone replacement as needed, and surgical resection in some cases.
