ABSTRACT
Wireless sensor network (WSN) is a totally wireless network. In WSNs, there is no base station as is available in existing wireless systems. To convey a message a WSN utilizes store, convey, and forward strategies. There are various nodes available in nature and some of them are malevolent nodes. In this research work, an endeavor has been made to discuss about black hole nodes. A narrow-minded node drops all messages which spares its very own vitality. To identify a narrow-minded node, a refined procedure has been proposed to compute the childish level of the nodes and to utilize their agreeable capacity. The proposed work can be actualized in a completely disseminated way to foil different attacks without depending on any carefully designed equipment and programming stages. The defenselessness of the previously mentioned plans is reproduced utilizing opportunistic network environment simulator.
