ABSTRACT

A comprehensive review report on the nanoscale semiconductor devices suitable for reliable robotic system is presented. Performance analysis of the nanoscale semiconductor devices is the prime focus as it is current requirement for high-performance and low-power robotic applications. FinFET devices have 80% less leakage current and high performance as compared to the conventional device. Detailed discussion about nanoscale semiconductor devices, physics, structure

AQ: As per style, reference citations are not allowed in abstract; hence it has been deleted. Please confirm., operation, mathematical modeling, and technology computer-aided design simulations have been carried out for better understanding of novel devices. The Monte Carlo simulation results quantify the effects of process variation arising due to variation in FinFET’s widths. The simulation was carried out for 1,000 values, assuming 3s equal to 10% of the mean value.
