ABSTRACT

This study attempts to address the issue of whether online business workshops can improve entrepreneurship skills of teachers. The purpose of the study is to determine the implementation and impact of online business workshops for Entrepreneurship teachers in schools. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method has been used. The data collection techniques used were observation and interview. The implementation of the online business workshop for Entrepreneurship teachers was carried out in two stages consisting of the delivery of the material and the practical phase. The implementation of the online business workshop led to: (1) increased teachers’ entrepreneurship spirit (2) increased understanding of online business. (3) improved skills of teachers in creating and using online business platforms as promotional media, and (4) improved quality of entrepreneurship learning in schools. The implication of the research is that teachers have acquired better entrepreneurship knowledge and skills which can be easily passed to students in their respective schools. The study concludes that online business workshops for the development of the teachers’ entrepreneurship skills should continue to be implemented, since it promotes digital marketing and advertising.
