ABSTRACT

Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires that all components in the educational system adapt to changes that occur. Therefore, teachers of this era should have professional management in many aspects of educational practice. This article investigates how students’ motivation is promoted by teachers’ classroom practice management in English learning. It focuses on how classroom practices can be used and adapted in Industrial Revolution 4.0. The content is organized of: first, theory of classroom practice; second, the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0 relevant to classroom practices; and third, the purpose of classroom practices to promote students’ motivation for learning English in Industrial Revolution 4.0. It is a point of view of the authors to know more about the relationship between variables to keep abreast of Industrial Revolution 4.0 in education.
