ABSTRACT

Research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and transformational leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Finnet Indonesia in 2018. This research data is derived from the respondent’s response, as well as other research results relevant to the object studied, in this case the primary data of PT. Finnet Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative descriptive study. The unit is 155 employees who work at PT. Finnet Indonesia. Data was collected using a questionnaire with 37 items. The analysis technique uses the analysis path, and the data was processed by using SPSS application version 2.0 for Windows. The results of the study used multiple regression analyses that showed that the compensation and transformational leadership style partially affected the performance implementation of the employees.
