ABSTRACT

This study aims to look at the variables Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to share prices in the plastic and packaging subsector in 2012–2016. The data collection method is done through secondary data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely idx.co.id. The sample is ten companies using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of data processing, this study shows that partially Return On Equity and Earning Per Share do not have a significant effect on stock prices, while Price Earning Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROE, EPS, and PER have a significant effect on stock prices. Independent variable are explained by the dependent variable by 12.2%, while 87.8% is explained by other variables outside the study.
