ABSTRACT
Any infectious disease that can spread rapidly in many areas and that can kill large numbers of people is called an epidemic. Nowadays, the spread of coronavirus in China and the rest of the world has become an epidemic. Epidemiology is the modern science that considers what causes epidemics, and how they spread and how they can be prevented or reduced. The main objective of this paper is to discuss ethical and professional issues in epidemiology.
