ABSTRACT
Industry 4.0 is an industrial work process performed using advanced technological automations, which connects the global momentum through cutting edge scientific inventions. As new technologies keep emerging day by day, it becomes very necessary for any skilled workers or technological experts in Industry 4.0 to update their knowledge or skill sets on a regular basis to keep themselves knowledgeable on a par with the modern world. The effectiveness of e-learning increases through getting an immediate feedback of the course from the learners and incorporating the valuable suggestions given by the learners. The learners in the e-learning platform should be given enough preferences to make sure that their online interactions are meaningful. The courses conducted through online mode encourage the learners to have control over their own learning style and the learning platforms are more flexible to the learners as they can learn the disseminated content as per their convenience, which makes any learners more comfortable to pursue the courses online.
