ABSTRACT

Medical data sharing between researcher, doctors and medical services is required to grow healthcare field, patient’s data privacy is important in such a scenario. According to healthcare industries survey around 65–70 percent healthcare agencies uses clod service. All the patient’s data and hospitals record stored on cloud. Research says that till 2022 most of healthcare agencies will use cloud for storing clinical data. This research ideas comes into picture because of cloud computing terminology. If we upload all clinical and patient data on cloud, maintaining data privacy is important. As we are outsourcing confidential data on cloud data privacy is important issues. Some encryption algorithm provides strong security that helps to protect privacy of data, but traditional algorithm is not providing facility to compute or perform any operations on encrypted data. Homomorphic Encryption (HE) is a technique used for computation on encrypted data without sharing secret key. Our research focus on optimizing computation time on encrypted data. Scheme uses data block size and key size of 128 bits, results shows that ours scheme takes less time as for computation on encrypted data and improvement in CPU performance.
