ABSTRACT

Cloud vulnerabilities and increased security breach cases are leaving an impact on Cloud Trust. Degrading trust levels will certainly impact the growth of the technology. It is point of concern for Government, Cloud industry players and private bodied working for support and betterment of this popular technology. In a general view, cloud trust is associated with cloud security aspect. This notion can be accepted as concern literature has sound evidences to assert it. Literature is flooded with varieties of trust models that are based on security accept or using security as a tool to enhance trust. This piece of work is quite different from normal stream. Authors would like to explore various components that can have an impact on trust. Author has explored cloud consumers perspective about these components in this paper. On the basis of cloud consumers responses percentage impact of various components on trust is generated through a structural procedure.
