ABSTRACT
It has been very well recognized by current medical field that the scope of biotechnology is very vast. The surgical implant being one among the field of greater importance. Treatment with the help of implants became most viable and can easily adaptable one. This field has grown to forward directions especially in dental implants. Amongst the viable materials in use polymer play a key role as its characteristics supporting the bio implants to a greater extend. Polymers are corrosion resistant, mechanically stronger and biocompatible, hence became one of the top priority material compared to other materials like ceramics and metals.
