ABSTRACT
In order to foster the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, a European project has been launched by the commission. This project consists in developing a website that helps all stakeholders to find relevant information about regulatory and technical issues, and if possible in their native languages. The CSTB is in charge of the implementation of this website. An open source content management system (CMS) has been chosen to cover main planned feature in a very short time. Specific features have been developed in PHP/MySQL and integrated in this CSM as XML services.
