ABSTRACT

Any E-government system generally includes “front desk system” and “backstage support system”. When membership user of “front desk system” and civil servant of “backstage support system” use the information resources of the E-government system, each will have different characters, such as one's own operation method and frequency of using information, etc. This paper adopts the theories of mathematical statistics and knowledge reasoning, and is to set up a functional model that used in E-government system to provide customized information service for users (that is called “Thematic and Intelligent Portfolio”), By adopting this model, which uses intelligent agent and data mining technology, users can get his/her demanding information more conveniently and easily.
