ABSTRACT
The schedule control and investment control are important contents of the information system project surveillance. On the basis of analyzing the workbench of information system project surveillance, which include investment control, schedule control, quantity control, this paper introduce the function models of the workbench of information system project surveillance according to the principle project management principle and analyze the process and methods of the schedule control, and put forward the schedule control in bidding and planning stage, executive stage, checking and accepting stage, and analyze the contents of investment control, and then establish the design model of investment control system and give an emulation example to carry on the concrete elucidation.
