ABSTRACT

In this paper, firstly from the point of the basic principles of competitive intelligence and strategy management, and on the basis of analyzing the telecom enterprises competitive strategy and their characteristics, we systematically studied the contents and the process of the competitive intelligence which can support the telecom corporation strategy management. Based on previous questionnaire survey work, the demand analysis of competitive intelligence system of Chinese telecom enterprises is made from the following four aspects: information demand, organization demand, technology demand and harmony demand. At last, we designed the framework model of the competitive intelligence system, the organization model, layer structure model, functional modules model, data flow model, network structure model and platform management rules for Chinese telecom enterprises in this paper.
