ABSTRACT

Taking into account of the reform and development of the informationization of current domestic telecommunication enterprises, this paper mainly points out the ways that can promote the operational skill and the service quality of the telecom companies, who are positing in the seriously competitive environment. The article also points out the particular existing problems in the operation and customer service systems of the domestic telecom enterprises, and it also provides a reformed system blueprint of the construction of the domestic telecom enterprise information system.
