ABSTRACT
Using of tacit knowledge is the key factor in group decision support system. The tacit knowledge in group decision support system is a continuously closed cycle process from the start point to end point in the exoteric environment. In this process the state of tacit knowledge is various. An innovative method of knowledge management of tacit knowledge based on knowledge flow in group decision support system is proposed in this article. Tacit knowledge is viewed as a cycle flow in system. Tacit knowledge passes through the total cycle process of brewing, production, keeping in mind, using, advancing, transferring, brewing,..., keeping in mind and so on. In this process tacit knowledge circularly goes through three stages of tacit stage, half-public stage and almost-public stage. The form of tacit knowledge every process is depicted in this article according to cloud model or other methods. Different knowledge gaining method in different stage of tacit knowledge is proposed. At last a system application frame of tacit knowledge management based on knowledge flow in group decision support system is given.
