ABSTRACT

Employee turnover risk evaluation aims at providing effective employee turnover risk management basis in enterprises. It is not only in the service of making enterprises strategies and their application, but also contributes a lot in human resource management and enterprise culture building. Evaluation system model construction is a key point of employee turnover risk evaluation, it is important to the validity and veracity of evaluation result. Employee turnover risk evaluation system model, construction process and construction techniques were studied in this paper. A multi-level employee turnover risk evaluation system model based on analyzing the influencing factors of employee turnover risk was put forward. The improved QFD method was used for evaluation system model construction, and the implement result proves the validity of the model and the efficiency of the construction techniques in enterprise management.
