ABSTRACT
With the rapid growth of global software outsourcing industry, China has muchmore opportunity on outsourcing field, especially for Beijing, which is the largest and most concentrated center of software outsourcing development. In this paper, six crucial factors are notified and analyzed based on an investigation results about Beijing Software outsourcing industry, including industry characteristics, market structure, human capital, linkages, and policy. This research will play an important role in identifying and promoting the status of Beijing outsourcing industry.
