ABSTRACT

After analyzing the literature of personalized recommendation, we propose a “six steps process” of this domain. Based on the framework of “six steps process”, we abstract the research methods, problems and solutions of every step, and further more, we analyze literatures of this domain by using descriptive statistics analyzing through the perspective of the abstracted results above. By the work of this paper, we wish to describe a full view of this domain, and provide some helps for later researches.
