ABSTRACT
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ (SMEs) technological innovation depends on support from all aspects of the whole society. From the angles of internal supporting system and external supporting system, the article analyzes the factors which influence the technological innovation of middle-small enterprises. There into, the internal supporting system includes the subsystem of research and development (R&D), the inspiring subsystem, the investing subsystem, the organizing subsystem and the decision-making subsystem. The external supporting system includes technology-supporting subsystem, finance-supporting subsystem, policysupporting subsystem and the subsystem of intermediary service.
