ABSTRACT
J2EE and .NET framework are the major technologies for implementing EIS, e-commerce and e-government currently. As business and customers increases, there are some new characters in most of these systems. On the one side, the information has exploded rapidly and redundant information has been enormous among systems. On the other side, the effective information is not abundant thoroughly. Though the information share among enterprises can be resolved well by interoperability among systems, but the EIS of various organizations were designed and implemented independently, and were hardly considered on interoperability among systems, especially heterogeneous systems. According to the basis data access method of J2EB and .NET framework, this paper discusses a platform independent controlled interoperability middleware for these heterogeneous systems, then achieves reuse of existing systems, new applications embedding in old platform, system upgrading smoothly, software migration among multiplatform, etc. Therefore, the data efficiency can be improved and the risks of informationalization and enterprises’ investment can be cut down remarkably.
