ABSTRACT
Significative new results have been obtained recently in the analysis of two dimensional incompressible fluids, in particular by Di Perna-Majda and Delort. This paper first reviews the classical analysis and then give some essential features in the concept of concentration and details the key steps in the proof of global existence for positive vortex sheet.
